a. Cancellation Timeframe:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
After dispatch, cancellations will not be accepted.

c. Refund on Cancellation:
If payment has been made and the order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
We reserve the right to cancel an order due to the following reasons:
Product unavailability or stock issues
Incorrect or incomplete customer information
Failure to comply with our terms and conditions
Delivery area not serviceable
In such cases, a full refund will be initiated.
Cancellation of special orders or bulk purchases (customized or pre-booked) may not be accepted after processing begins. Please contact your Sehon representative directly for such cases.
In the event of a dispute regarding cancellation or refund eligibility, Sehon Chemicals India Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to make the final decision.
